All of us at the Spy Shop Store sincerely hope that we are going to be seeing less and less need for people to find ways to document harassment in the workplace. Verbal, sexual, and physical abuse in the workplace (or ANYWHERE) are absolutely unacceptable. What is even more deplorable is experiencing any of these and not being able to combat it.

The best way to deal with an abusive situation in the workplace is to report it to someone in authority. If you bring the harassing behavior to the attention of a person in charge, AND you have proof, you’re much more likely to have the situation resolved quickly. There can be no “he said; she said,” back and forth, when you can present proof that the other person has behaved in a way that violates your rights.
